After developing several solutions, the company gained momentum as part of the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub program, which enabled it to build a robust technology infrastructure on Azure Cloud, meeting the highest standards of privacy, security, and data confidentiality. In August 2024, this process culminated with the launch of BRANDLEX.AI, a tool that is transforming the delivery of legal services. Developed with Microsoft Azure, generative artificial intelligence, and conversational AI, it provides real-time legal information and advice—making the long-awaited dream of many startups, foreign companies, and local businesses a reality: having a virtual lawyer as part of their teams.
The platform offers a virtual legal assistant available 24/7, providing teams with real-time solutions to everyday legal matters, overcoming traditional limitations and speeding up response times. In this way, companies not only gain access to accurate, high-quality legal advice at a lower cost than conventional services, but can also anticipate legal risks and compliance issues before they arise.
The tool features multilingual capabilities that eliminate language barriers, providing interactions in the user’s native language, always based on up-to-date knowledge of the relevant laws. The responses also reflect a high level of seniority, ensuring expert and specialized advice in key areas such as unfair competition, company incorporation, economic crimes, antitrust, counterfeiting, data privacy, and intellectual property, among others.

The platform is powered by OpenAI’s GPT-4o model, ensuring high levels of verified accuracy in its responses (exceeding 92% reliability). In addition, its specialized datalake in Chilean legislation contains validated and organized data, guaranteeing the quality of the information from which its answers are derived.
One of its main strengths is the ability to update both the legal datalake and OpenAI’s artificial intelligence engine, allowing the solution to be scalable and to evolve in line with market needs and the continuous advancement of these cutting-edge technologies.
