COOKIES POLICY - BRANDLEX GROUP, S.L.
Version: 1.1 | Publication date: July 08, 2026
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are text files stored on the user’s device (computer, tablet, smartphone) when accessing a website. Their purpose is to collect information about the user’s browsing in order to, among other things, improve the experience, offer personalised services, obtain metrics or display behaviour-based advertising. Cookies may be first-party (installed by our domain) or third-party (installed by other domains or services), and may be session or persistent.
2. What regulations govern the use of cookies?
The use of cookies on this website is governed by the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC), its transposition into Spanish law through Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), and the AEPD Guide on the use of cookies (in its latest version in force).

5. What is the legal basis for the use of cookies?
In accordance with the GDPR and the LSSI-CE: technical or necessary cookies do not require consent, as they are essential for the functioning of the site. Analytics, preference or advertising cookies require the user’s prior, informed and freely given consent, granted through a granular mechanism such as the cookie management panel. Such consent may be withdrawn at any time, without retroactive effect, from the settings panel.
6. How can you manage or disable cookies?
Users can access the cookie settings panel from the initial banner or via the permanent link located in the website footer, to accept all cookies, reject non-essential ones, or configure them by category. Cookie settings can also be modified from the user’s browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge).
7. Are there international data transfers?
Yes. Some third-party cookies may involve the transfer of data outside the European Economic Area (for example, to the USA), in particular when using services such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or LinkedIn Ads. To ensure the security and lawfulness of such transfers, BRANDLEX GROUP, S.L. verifies that recipients are subject to Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, carries out Transfer Impact Assessments and applies additional technical and organisational measures, such as encryption and data minimisation. No transfer is carried out without the appropriate safeguards required by Articles 44 to 49 of the GDPR.
8. Retention periods
Data collected through cookies are kept only for the time strictly necessary for their purpose: session cookies are deleted when the browser is closed; persistent cookies are kept for defined periods (usually between 1 month and 2 years, depending on the provider). Once the validity period has elapsed, the browser will delete the cookie in accordance with its own settings.
9. Updates to the Cookies Policy
BRANDLEX GROUP, S.L. may modify this Cookies Policy at any time as a result of regulatory changes, the incorporation of new technologies or changes to the cookies used. Users will be informed by means of a visible notice on the website, and consent will be requested again if different purposes or categories are introduced.
